- Bethany Hard
- Bethany Hard is a certified Naam Yoga Therapist and Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga instructor. Since 2004, she has studied intensely under Joseph Michael Levry (Gurunam) in New York, where she formerly worked as a professional ballerina. Bethany is also certified in Gyrotonics and Pilates. She lives with her husband and son in Nashville, where she teaches yoga and works with at-risk Latina immigrants. Fluent in Spanish, she travels regularly to Nicaragua, volunteering with children and teens in need. Her passion is to support others on their path to self healing, wholeness, and vitality.
